Q How to create an account?

A To create your account, visit our website at - here you will find our sign-up box. In the sign-up box, enter your preferred username, password and email address. Then, check the box underneath to agree to our terms of use and now click register.

Once you have completed these steps, a verification email will be sent to your email inbox. Click 'Activate Now' in the email that was sent to your inbox, when the link redirects you back to our page, click 'continue'.

Once you are done with that step, you will have to do a one-time mobile verification, this is to prevent multiple user accounts. Simply enter your mobile phone number into the designated box and press 'send verification'. Within a few moments, a verification code will be sent to your mobile phone via SMS. Enter the verification code into the designated box, then click 'verify'.

Q How can I help keep my Khelo365 Account secure?

A Password protection is your responsibility. Never reveal your account information to anyone. We will never ask you to send your password to us, and the only place you will need to use it is when logging into the software. We recommend that you change your password regularly.

Q I changed my phone number, how can I update my profile?

A Once logged into our site, click on 'My Profile' Located on the top-right hand corner, this should redirect you to your account management page. In the 'personal details' section, under 'validation information' you will see 'mobile no.' with the option to change next to your mobile number. Once redirected to our mobile verification page, enter your new mobile phone number into the designated box. Within a few moments, an SMS containing the verification code will be sent to your mobile phone, enter that code into the box then click 'verify'.

Q I lost my password!

A Visit, in the top-right corner press 'forgot password', enter your email ID and press 'submit' button, then you will receive an email with your new Khelo365 credentials (make sure you will also check spam folder, if you do not see your email within 5 minutes), in the email press 'click here to reset your password' link, you will be redirected to our website where you will need to choose a new password, type it again to confirm it, then press submit.

Q How to change the avatar?

A When you are logged into our site and open the Khelo365 lobby, you will see your profile in the top-right hand corner, under the Bad Beat Jackpot prize pool. Click on your picture (if you have never set an avatar before it should be a black picture with the text 'no photo') then scroll through and choose the image you wish to set as your avatar then click 'set avatar'.
