All amounts that you choose to withdraw will be instantly deducted from your Khelo365 account. It will no longer be available to play.
The minimum amount that can be redeemed is Rs 100. Mobile verificiation is mandatory for users requesting a redemption.
In case your cumulative withdrawals on Khelo365.com are above 10,000, Khelo365 may require you to submit a govt issued ID proof before the request is processed.
If you are making a withdrawal without playing adequate number of hands on real cash tables, and fail to accumulate loyalty points equivalent to 12% of the requested withdrawal amount, a transaction fees of 7% of the deposits made or requested withdrawal amount (whichever is lower) will be levied for the first such offence. 10% transaction fees will be levied on the subsequent offences. Minimum transaction fees levied in cases of insufficient loyalty points will be Rs 100. The above mentioned 12% loyalty points will have to be earned by the player between the time of last Deposit or Last Withdrawal (whichever is later) and the time of current withdrawal request. Khelo365 also reserves the right to waive off this transaction fees on specific request from the user on a case to case basis.
If you file for redemption on receipt of any purchase bonus, without earning the pre-defined loyalty points, the same will be considered as misuse of Bonus. In such case, Khelo365.com reserves the right to forfeit the complete Bonus or same amount may be deducted from real cash balance or requested redemption amount.
There are some cases when the redemption amount does not get delivered into your bank account. This may happen when bank details may have been incorrectly provided or due to any other banking reasons. Khelo365 operations team checks for such cases and returns back the amount into your Khelo365 account as real chips. You can subsequently file a fresh redemption with updated bank details to receive the redemption correctly in your bank account.
